Ordering

After you have exported & uploaded your catalog to the cloud, the next step is to copy the link of this file and paste this to our Order Form. From your My Account's dashboard, click New Order

1. Price - this shows the estimated price for this order. This updates as you fill out the order form.
2. Link to the catalog file - Paste the link of the Catalog / Smart Previews file here. (Dropbox, GoogleDrive, WeTransfer, etc.)
3. Shoot name (Couple's Name) - e.g John+Jane 
4. Total images to cull - Choose the number of images in the catalog. If photos are already culled, choose no culling required.
5. Total images to be edited - Enter the number of images to be edited.
6. Edited images in Black & White too? This is optional. Tick the box for Yes and specify the number of percentages you want to be edited in B&W (e.g 50%)
7. What look would you like to apply to your images? Let us know if you have a preferred look or preset to be applied to this order.
8. Order Notes - Any specific instructions specific to this order will be indicated here.

Click continue to review to proceed. You will be redirected to the order summary screen. Do not forget to enter your voucher code if you have one. Your billing details will auto-populate. You may also update it from here. If this is your first order, use "STARTER" to get a 50% discount on your order.

Review the breakdown of the fees, click agree to the terms and conditions and click Proceed to PayPal.

After a successful payment, you will be routed to the page below:

You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number. Use this information as your reference for this order.
